This is the vet for my puppy and they are incredible!Posted on Google Rae R.H.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 🐰 they are amazing. The staff are very welcoming and obviously LOVE their jobs. The vet explained everything I needed to know. Took her time making sure i understood everything. I will keep returning to them.!!! Why 3 stars?. Bc they use AI to answer their phones. I hung up. A real person called back. Which was awesome. Small businesses using AI IRKS my soul. Ai is already killing jobs. Besides that they are great. 🐶Edit. Since the review the AI has been removed .Posted on Google Jake “Jake” WTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. An exceptional establishment!! We took our one year old here due to her ingesting some string. The staff was great with excellent communication and very good/safe Covid-19 procedures. The vet was very attentive to our cat and was extremely helpful/friendly while talking to us over the phone regarding her condition. Most definitely recommend this vet! Update 3/31/26. For some reason it says I edited this a month ago? I did not. My previous update was that the vet taking care of our cat had an attitude before surgery and when I was asking questions. My cat ended up having an infection at the incision site so we needed an emergency surgery done at a big vet in southern NJ. No issues after thatPosted on Google Samuel MannelliTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I came in with my Indian Ringneck for an emergency visit after a horrible accident with many injuries and negative symptoms. My bird and I were both having the absolute worst few days of our lives but Dr. Meade sat with us for over an hour. She listened to every single detailed concern I had, examined my bird thoroughly, answered all of my many questions, and gave so much advice on how to best care for my bird going forward. Dr. Meade kept in close contact with me over the next month and a half while I gave updates and asked new questions, until we came in for a follow up appointment to recheck everything. My bird is now doing much much better and he is definitely on the path to a full recovery, thanks to Dr. Meade and 2nd Street Vet! The technician Addi was super kind and helpful with my bird too! They also had a cute Valentine’s Day setup for photos in their office on our second visit :)Posted on Google AmberJoyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 2nd Street Animal Hospital is wonderful. Dr. Sharonda and the staff are top tier. They really just want the best for all animals. They supported me and helped come up with solutions for my budget and my pets needs. The hospital is adorable and makes you feel at home. Also, before or after your visit, ask for Leroy Brown.. you won’t regret it☺️Posted on Google Rhonda WilliamsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Love this place! Took my 14 year old Labrador who suffers from arthritis and they fixed her right up and helped my girl to feel so much better. We are so grateful for the 2nd Street Animal hospital team for their love, support and hugs for our four legged family member 🩵Posted on Google JVTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Horrible hospital. Do NOT bring your animal there. Brought in leopard gecko there to get checked out. They said she was fine. Pumped her with a couple of shots. Died 2 days later. Charged an arm and a leg. Only spoke to us for 20 min.Posted on Google EdiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Meade, Addi and Shyheem were all incredible with my rabbits. I have just moved states and was very nervous to try a new exotics vet, but I seem to have found a winner on the first try! Dr. Meade took care to make each of my rabbits feel comfortable and safe. She took the time to explain what she was doing, things to look for and be aware of for the future. I learned a lot and feel relief finding a new vet I can trust. She was patient answering questions and Addi even sent a follow up email on a tool I was recommended to buy. Addi and Shyheem took photos of the buns for their first vet visit and made the whole visit feel so warm and friendly! I love the genuine enthusiasm and interest for animal care that I felt from everyone! I had a great time meeting everyone and would definitely recommend them as an exotics vet. I will note that they are pricy, but most exotic vets are. The office itself is very nice and has a cute waiting area with tea and coffee.
