Additional testing will be recommended based on your bird’s age and any concerns that might be identified during the physical examination. These can include a complete blood count, a biochemistry panel, fecal analysis, radiographs or more. Always bring a fecal sample to the exam, if possible, in case it is needed!
If you have a new bird in the family, it’s important to book a post-purchase exam to establish care, prevent disease transmission, and receive guidance on diet and housing.
